Therefore, he is advised to further guard his items at his own discretion. 5.The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. If he is unsured, he should inquire or not bid.. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "Mistakes". 6. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client or seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or averse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 7.Collusion will not be tolerated. In accordance with the Sherman Act, it is unlawful to agree not to bid against another buyer, punishable by fines and imprisonment. 8.10% buyers premium will be added on each item purchased. 9. Purchaser will pay all legal state sales tax, unless exemption requirements are met. 10. Payment to be made at pickup. All purchases to be paid for in full before leaving the premises. Payment may be made by cash or Debit and credit cards accepted with a 3% convenience fee. Items not picked up and paid for after 3 days will be considered abandon and resold in the next auction. There will be a 30.00 returned check fee for checks not honored buy the buyers bank, along with any collection fees. A hold will be placed on bidders account untill settled. 11. Loading is responsibility of buyer, bring help 12. Pick-up and payment will be on the day listed on the auction. 13. We will ship most small items. Buyer will pay all shipping cost on items purchased to be shipped. Call auction company before bidding to get a ok on items to be shipped. Large Breakable items and large lots of glass can not be shipped. 14. Auction will have a soft close. Bids made in the last 2 minutes will extend that lot for an additional 2 minutes. 15 Firearms and ammo are cash only and must be picked up in person NO SHIPPING. Buyer must be 21 years of age or older. 16. The decision of utauctions.com is final. 17. PICK UP AND PAYMENT: At the end of the auction each item sold becomes the property of the highest bidder. It is the bidders responsabilty to pick up and pay for each item won. Items not picked up, and that are not shippable will incure a $5.00 a day storage fee for up to 30 days. after 30 days the item will be disposed of, or relisted if not paid for. If bidders credit card was charged the item or items will be resold with the buyer now being the consignor, procedes of the sold items, less commision, will be mailed to the consiger. Each auction will have a pick up day and time listed. Items that are not picked up and can be shipped will be shipped as soon after the end of the auction as possible. Buyer will Pay for cheapest way shipping. 18.
